Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

  • Yes, but only before the order enters processing.
  • Requests must be made as soon as possible.
  • Once processing or shipping begins, modifications and cancellations are no longer available.

Did my order go through successfully?

  • If your order was placed successfully:

  • Payment authorization will be completed.
  • If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.

Attatwir ships to eligible destinations supported by our delivery partners. Availability may vary based on location and carrier access.

What is your order cut-off time?

5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Attatwir does not store full card details.

Why was my payment declined?

4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

  • No return or restocking fees
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 8 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. Attatwir does not charge return shipping or handling fees.

Can I exchange an item?

Direct exchanges are not currently offered. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will assist promptly.

6. Account & Privacy

An account is not required to place an order. Creating one allows easier order tracking and account management.
